What defines our clients is not their revenue size, number of employees or industries that they compete it but more of the mindset, or what we describe as the psychographic profile of the owner, president or leadership team. Our clients have a vision or goal on what they want to achieve. They may have some understanding of how to get there, but they realize in order to successfully, quickly and efficiently obtain their vision or goal, they need expert advice and guidance. That said, our clients are mostly privately held with revenues between $5 million and $250 million. Some are first generation owners and some are in their fourth generation.
