NSSF RETAILERS ROUNDTABLE
Improve Your Business Performance
Where and how does a firearms retailer learn the best way to manage and grow his or her business? Outside of annual conferences, events or educational literature, there hasn’t been an industry specific solution. Until now.
The National Shooting Sports Foundation, in association with Growth Strategy Partners LLC, an industry focused growth strategy consulting firm, has developed the Retailers Roundtable program to assist firearm retailer owners in improving their businesses.
“ Firearm dealers, who are the lifeblood of the industry, can now take a bold step forward in running their business better. This process is visionary in its scope and practical in its use.” Miles Hall, H&H Gun Range
The Retailers Roundtable is a program where ten to twelve firearm retail owners meet twice a year in person and three times by web conference to discuss business challenges and learn business best practices. This peer group approach allows non competing retailers to learn from each other and improve their businesses and the industry as a whole.
““Every session, you come away with new ideas and the challenge of implementing them into your operation. It is well worth the investment to participate”. Joe Keffer, Sportsman’s Shop
